So well written, Sue, a clear cut summation of Fashion Feng Shui. It is memorable to me and your readers to know why Intentional Dressing is part of healthy living. Your description of how to incorporate these tools into one's wardrobe is priceless. Thank you for another great article.

Thank you Clarisse. Intention can be a small thing that helps us through our day or a huge dream. That’s why I love this way of putting it out there. Carrying our intention on our self for the universe to see and for us to attract

I also live in my head too much. Interestingly I was trying to think of a name that summed me up ( if I ever get round to writing in Substack and came up with the ‘introverted show off’

Yes this resonated Sue. I’m going through a big change at the moment ( my son his partner and the baby are moving to Pisa in 2 weeks!) so think the whole grounding idea may be of benefit to me. I have also little earth but what I have comes out in the small checks and clumpy sensible ( but stylish) boots 😀

A big change for you here, that’s for sure. I’ve just been out for a gentle walk in the fresh air and found so much peace in that activity. Got back home and feel really relaxed. With an Earth it’s the little things that count - or at least it seems like that for me. Hope you can find calm and a sense of stability too.

Dearest Sue, I am so grateful that you offer this in podcast form also. I was in a doctor’s waiting room, having a physical reaction to a process, and your voice soothed me. “ going to Ground” is a brilliant way to say “ I’m going to get some Earth going!” I loved this whole piece, especially the Feng Shui perspective and , of course, the Fashion Feng Shui perspective. Thank you for another brilliant piece of you; such a generous act to share your knowledge. E
