Hi Sue, this is a wonderful pathway to our conversation about Release at C&C. I will share with that emphasis.
I appreciated your description of Yin Yoga and Iyengar as I have never understood it and thought "I'm not holding a position for that long! It just won't happen!" Your info makes it curious for me and I might investigate it. I am attracted to the stillness, that for me, is the precursor to all things peaceful within myself. I find great strength in stillness.
And the word "treasure" has me perking. In the ready for a trip to CA with family, I felt I needed to buy something new for an event. You have invited me to further investigate my closet and perhaps the "treasure" I am seeking is there already! Love that you are sharing yourself with us, Sue. And also, the acupuncture/Chinese philosophy goes straight into my heart.
Hi Ellen I think I must have had next weeks Coffee and conversation on my mind when I wrote this. Prompted by the yin I did yesterday. I love how all the tenets of my life and work come together via the elements. Always something new to discover. I hope you find your treasure in your closet.
I absolutely love Yin Yoga!! ❤️
Me too. It just makes the world a better place for me
