I am actually starting to successfully meld my home wardrobe with my work wardrobe. It started with the pandemic and it's taken years for it to work. I love that my home wardrobe, which is alllllll about comfort, is starting to take visits from my work wardrobe in the form of a cashmere sweater. And I am so much more at ease in my world wardrobe when there's a t-shirt or a sneaker from the home collection.
I’m just reading a new book where the author suggests we always keep an outfit to be “messy” in. Love that sentiment. I think men probably do it more than we do, though that could just be the men I’ve known!
Agree Sue. I do exactly the same as you. I put it down to all the Wood I have in my personality. It is my driving force. Practicality to make 'being busy' always comes first for me and anything that stands in my way once I'm in the door....is off :-)) This sometimes includes nail polish. Lol.
Yep totally relatable Sue. I am a messy cook, eater, gardener etc and i also have clothes to relax in. Very often this is my old oversized cashmere M&S joggers and sweatshirt. The only thing i wont do is put my pyjamas straight on for the evening as it would denote time for bed which at 6pm is not a good idea

Agreed. Doing is what we have to do and anything that prevents it has to go!

I totally understand the nightwear thing. My oversize fluffy dressing gown calls to me as soon as I’ve had dinner. It’s a struggle not to give in!
